Before I spend a ton of IP on Runes...

Let me just make sure that I'm going to be buying the right ones. I only have two pages right now, so they're going to be mostly for general use among many different types of champions until I can afford some more pages.

AD page -AD red -Armor yellow -MR/level blue (or is flat MR better?) -AD quint (or is armor pen better?)

AP page -AP red (or is mpen better?) -Armor yellow -MR/level blue (or is flat MR better?) -AP quint (or is mpen better?)

if you only have two rune pages this will do except change the ap red to magic pen its a lot better

Magic Pen for marks, AP for quints. Or maybe Hybrids for your AP page, they help with last hitting. And you may want some HP in your AP page if you can afford it, like 4 Armor 5 HP

ADs don't really have a good quint option, I personally love my MS quints. I only have 2 of any others because I put one MS in each one, but thats my preference.

mpen is usually better because you can't buy any MR when the game starts and if they do come back into lane with MR then your mpen will have a advantage over that still. also mpen and pen will help later game over flat ad and ap, well in most cases.

Looks fine to me. Whether or not you get penetration reds is kinda up to you, but the rest looks good.

Here is a quick detailed description on what runes you should want. 9 marks of Attack damage flat (meaning not at level 18 or per level) and 9 marks of armor flat. 9 seals of scaling armor and 9 seals of armor flat. 9 glyphs of flat Ability Power and 9 glyphs of Scaling magic resist. 3 quints of Flat ad 3 quints of flat AP and 3 quints of armor.

For a basic AP page take

AP glyphs flat AP quints flat Armor seals scaling (not listed above) Magic resist marks (If you don't want those then get mana regen marks or ap or magic penetration)

For a basic ad page

Scaling MR glyphs Ad quints flat Armor seals scaling AD marks flat

For a basic tank page (many not listed above)

Scaling mr glyphs % health quints % health seals flat armor marks

Feel free to change any scaling things to flat and any flat things to scaling
