yes, unfortunately you do need to say more.
heaven forbid someone suggest a nerf with solid logic and reasoning behind it. even scarier is the prospect that they actually provide suggestions and logic for those as well.
Try playing a high sustain champion such as Cho Gath, Aatrox or Garen against Riven and laugh as she cannot do anything to you.
Really if someone picks Riven pick Darius, Pantheon, Jax, or Renekton. All of these are matches you win early but they become even later in the laning phase.
It's not broken, it's not op, it's high risk/high reward for high skill players.
