Play an OP champ and put on your tryhard, welcome to unranked draft. Also if you start a new account and do exceedingly well in your early matches you'll get automatically marked as a smurf and put up against other smurfs for your future games. Most smurfs will play hard carry champs (yes even in draft), and if you want to win draft, I suggest you do the same.
As I've said smurfs are prevalent. A smurf will take a hard carry champ, feed kills of a few noobs, then roam, snowball and dominate the game with relative ease. You have to adapt your strategy in real-time to counter your opponent. Your only as strong as your weakest link and smurfs are genuinely good at finding your weakest link and exploiting it. There are ways and champs to counter 5-man aram style gameplay, for example a strong heimer mid at least in low elo, can hold off a 3-4 man tower siege and waste their time indefinitely. I can't really say more without seeing some of your matches though.
How dare people play as a team in a team game? Those bastards!
