Supports could use some love in the match details

I think supports can be really unappreciated at times. They play just as hard as everyone else- but come the match details screen they have nothing to really show for their trouble.

Combat section? Assists, literally the only thing supports have a claim to here.

Damage dealt? Please, that's for the other players; unless you're playing kill lanes.

Damage taken and healed? Better, but some supports don't tank or heal- they get nothing out of this.

Wards? This actually is the best section for supports, but once you start playing higher elo games everyone buys wards- the support loses their one claim to fame.

Income? Not a chance, you're not supposed to CS as support (except targon's) and you'll never have the same gold as any other role.

My idea is simple: Can we just add a "damage shielded" part to the section about taking damage and healing? And is it possible to add a "amount of time enemy is CC'd" to the battle stats? This way supports get that little extra "yeah, I did that!" in the match details.
