Seriously, this guy is literally in every game, opposing team or ally team or banned, I see Lucian everywhere. He's the only ADC I seriously, hate, even Vayne and release Kalista haven't been as annoying (in my opinion) as he is.
Why must he be 100% pick/ban in DynaQ and pro play?
MunchCrunchLunch2 voteshes getting a minor nerf on the pbe that quite frankly is meaningless. same as his last nerf. little itty bitty less ranged. the actual problem is his cooldowns. and essence reaver. i wish his passive had some sort of a static cooldown so he can't mindlessly spam his abilities and keep proccing it without using them accordingly to the situation. they have so low cooldowns he doesn't give a fuck

If you have no marksman, magic-damage, support, early-game presence, late-game presence, team-fight potential, or carry you usually don't win either.
I don't see why a balanced team-composition where a tank is part of said composition somehow means tanks are OP.
It's an especially odd thing to bring up on a thread about a dominant marksman, seeing as marksman have ALWAYS been a mandatory part of a team-composition in LoL. While tanks come and go as part of a necessary team-composition element, marksman have always stayed: and ever since ~1 month after his release, Lucian has been one of the best marksman in the game.
