Nunu Rework Ideas

I am not a nunu main, but he is my 3rd most mastered champion, and I think he is quite outdated, and very 2 dimensional, with little playmaking potential and heavily relying on flash to do things.

So here are my ideas:

Passive: Nunu's current passive is just kinda there, sure it is nice to spend no mana on the next spell after 5 basic attacks with boosted affects. But here is what I propose; Nunu's lore says that Willump (his yeti) is feared by even the toughest of warriors. So why not give him a short and small aoe fear on his next basic attack after x abilities or basic attacks? That sounds like a passive that could be helpful in teamfights and allow Nunu to frontline better and protect his adc more. It would work very well with the other ideas I have.

Q: Nunu is a counter-jungling nuisance, and I say we keep this similar but kinda tweak it. It should get new visual affects, but nerf the passive to only when he kills a unit with it, but allow it to give the passive stacks on super minions and cannon minions, and to compensate a bit more, buff the damage.

W: This is already a great ability, ADC's benefit a ton from it, but I say we tweak it. Nunu builds a fire at a location, and EVERYONE around it gains the blood boil buff. The fire can be destroyed by 3 hits and it lasts 10 or so seconds.

E: Lets change this. Nunu still has his snowballs, but he has 3 regenerating charges. he can throw these with a charge on a short cooldown, and it takes about 10 seconds to get another charge. The slow ammount is reduced, this is now a skillshot, but if all 3 hit a target in a short period of time, the first target hit will be stunned.

R: This is a cool ult, but doesn't really fit on nunu in my opinion. Let's let the yeti go into beastmode. Willump pounds the ground, and stuns nearby enemies. Simple as that, should have a large radius, maybe a tiny bit smaller than his ult.

These are just some ideas for a nunu rework, I would like to know if a nunu rework is in the works and other possible ideas!

Thanks!
