You need only look at my match history. I play well every game, but get useless teammates who feed. I lose games with consistant Ss and A+s and top damage on the team. It's pretty boring. I'm not challenged by my opponents. Unfortunately, I can't 1 v9 so I lose.
I can't imagine any other champion being as unrewarding for skill as this character. She's really no better than trying to carry AP mid Soraka.
You have a good score, but you're not translating it to other things well.
There's a reason "int" Sion works: Because objectives are more important than KDA.
If you play for fun you should accept there isn´t much you can do with off meta picks.
If you want to climb play the champions which are provided to you by riot for that reason (
etc) . There probably wont be any balance changes until preseason.
However it´s kinda late for trying to improve your rank now. As you probably realized you will face a lot of booster near the end of the season. Usually you won´t have any impact in your games.
