Not basic attack. Auto attacks. Plants and turret are blocked too as well asaa proc

So if he hits you 6 times with his Q thats 30%. If he hits you 12 times with his Q thats 60%. Shens not going to hit you 12 times with his Q .

He does hurt a lot when enemy picks a tanky champ like Maokai or even a Jax, assuming you know the right moves to do it unlike the old Shen where you just throw your abilties everywhere mindlessly without thinking. And yes, I'm a Shen main.
