WARWICK SUPPORT IT'S GONNA HAPPEN
Let's theorycraft. The Warwick update came through last night and I see a lot of people taking him jungle, with mixed results. Some will still go for Bloodrazor because of the synergy with his passive even though the most impact in his kit comes from the Bloodhunt/Infinite Duress combo. At the lowest levels these two abilities are on a 120/110 second cooldown, respectively. This means that Warwick benefits from cooldown reduction like never before and since Warwick is already getting loads of attack speed versus champions who have been: A.) Poked down by your allied laners or B.) Chunked to half health during your initiate Then the most proactive thing to do as a jungler would be to build CDR, otherwise you risk throwing your gank presence to the wind as early game monsters like Evelynn and Lee Sin snowball every other lane. An even larger problem for Warwick will be how much these characters benefit from counter jungling. Your enemies want to route your jungle as often as possible and if they can grab some extra gold along the way, they won't hesitate. This is why early on you need to lower your cooldowns as much as possible because even if they are doing everything to squander your gank presence, you still have a reply.
So there's no doubt that Warwick benefits from cooldown reduction and the earlier he can get it, the better. Boy does this give me ideas...
What if there was a role Warwick could take where he built items for nothing BUT cooldown reduction and all of his early game weaknesses were offset by an ally who helps push lane and shares experience? Plus, what if there was a gold generation item that offered a burst of movement speed that could be used along with masteries, scuttle buff, mobility boots, and ghost? I can't play right now because i destroyed my laptop am a very busy man but I'm really curious to know how ridiculous that would be
