Why is remaking classified as surrendering in chats?

It's clearly not a surrender as nobody wins or losses. If you remake though, it clearly says "Ally/Enemy team agreed to a surrender with x votes against x."

By the very definition of surrender it makes no sense Rito.

Honestly why does it matter. Even though nobody wins or loses, you're still surrendering the game.

I'm assuming it's coded as a surrender since it uses the same voting system; except it negates all LP gains and losses for the match.
