Biggest issues with new runes
Why are they locked into trees?
Honestly i cannot think of a more arbitrary way to ruin them completely.
Some runes are more useful than others while other runes are fucking worthless and half of them that would be amazing together are locked behind trees not because of balance you can balance this tiny number of runes easily but because riot wanted to force everyone to do the same thing.
Also why are some of them so worthless? hexflash is useless. using it to engage over a wall? not gonna work you just waited so long half your team is dead or the fight has already moved on. Want to escape? sorry you cant move while channeling it so you're just dead. No champ in the game would benefit from hexflash over anything else at all.
