I'm Low Plat and there is something wrong with queue times.

I heard they said the problem to queues should be only for diamond+ mmr players. I'm at low plat and sometimes the match just doesn't start IT JUST DOESN'T. I can wait 1 hour there and it doesn't start off. THen if i cancel my ququq and do it again maybe it starts in like 1 minute.
