Will Taric's Relaunch be this year ?

So, I know that right now, Poppy, GP and Miss are probably the main focus of Riot, but is Taric's relaunch going to happen this year ? Ps: If someone could answer for Urgot and Yorick, that would nice 2.

From what I have interpreted from various Red comments on the subject of Taric & if delays don't happen,then we may hear &/or see the relaunched Taric in the late Fall or Winter of this year at the earliest.Could be delayed to early 2016 or later depending on what happens.

In terms of progression,the last thing I heard was that Riot was 90% done with the gameplay-side of the update.They're just waiting for the art & narrative guys to finish their portion.Which is the thematic,the lore,the design,the model,animations,the voice over,the sound & particles effects & putting it all together with the kit the gameplay guys are pretty much done with & balancing it.

taric needs it over the other champs. poppy is fine ,gp is meh , mf is wired because of her ratios which is why i get tri force and i subsitute ga for hourglass
