For me the number one choice is ezreal I think he's fun but underwhelming in power and doesn't totally match your expectations from like the splash art and other representations of him. Like his defining traits are his skillshots and mobility but compared to newer champions those skills feel kinda dated and less special

Pæan1 votesShaxo. Playing him for years now, but his ult and W feel kinda lame as full AD and boxes die instantly by any AOE or by a single auto attack late game. Q is a little overloaded, though the range nerf was a smart move so he can't come from 10 teemos away anymore. The E mini blind on monsters is also kind of odd, and completely unreliable as far as a healthy clear time.
