Xerath ult working like Jihn ult.

What I'm thinking is having Xerath ult kind of do what Jihn ult does when he ult where it zooms the camera out to show the whole area on which you can shot it instead of moving the camera to where you want to shoot it. Though I haven't played him in forever so I don't know if it is changed already. Anyways just wanted to see what other people think about that change. Thanks again.
