Can't even start queue for a game.

I've been trying to start queue for about 2 hours now and can't even get to champion select. Tried going into a costume game to see if I can just start a game by myself and it comes up like this when I'm the only one there. I've also restarted my client and still it keeps happening. Does anyone this the maintenance could be the cause or is it something else?

Yeah it's more than likely due to the maintenance.
