WHat is pbe for ? is it really for feedback and testing before live ?
Did this disgusting patch been like that in pbe for 2 weeks ? really ? why didnt riot do changes to that op milestone and yasuo and other op ad who are breaking the game now ?

Balance changes can only really happen after the patch hits live.
