Dumb or OP?

I was thinking of how the Inspiration tree has such unique and radically interesting runes, and a whole slew of videos and explanations can really reveal how some of these rather simple or even at first lukewarm runes are deceptively way more powerful than they appear, which then got me thinking of all sorts of ideas Riot can go with in the future.

And then I thought more silly stuff. Like what if there was a rune that increased your Smite's Damage by like, 10%. Or one that very slightly increased your field of vision. Or a rune that gave you a small defensive bonus if your screen is not on your champion?

What's your silly idea for a rune that's on the border between really dumb or possibly op?

There was a mastery a few seasons ago that slightly increased the duration of your stealth wards, and I think gave you slightly larger vision radius as well.

A rune that gave you a stack of damage for each kill/assist + monster/cannon minion death... Oh, wait. There is a rune for that. Veigar Nasus

Probably a lesser rune that doubles any stack you gain. Rod of Ages, support items (they have a stacking feature that evolves the item for free), Nasus, Veigar, Dark Harvest, Dark Seal, and Mejai's would all be hopelessly broken.
