@riot Wondering if you kept track of winrates with consideration toward items purchased

One thing I was wondering was whether or not you tracked winrates with consideration to items that are considered counters to certain champs.

The obvious example right now is Mundo. 54.3% top and 57.25% Jungle, but what is his winrate when the opposing team builds Executioners calling/Mortal Reminder? There's always been the anecdote of the Mundo tanking a Vayne, Varus, and a turret, while ignited, and getting a double with only thornmail, but It'd be interesting to see if you have the actual stats that shows how successful he is when people itemize against him.

I often wonder how much of a champs perceived OPness is actual stat insanity or rather a lack of willingness from a playerbase to adjust their build paths and strategies to account for a new type of strength being viable. Champs like Zed which seem to be reasonable countered by item buys that people are just not willing to make and feel they shouldn't have too.
