Does twisted treeline give mastery tokens?

I kinda cheated and got all the mastery tokens I needed for Irelia in one day playing ascension before they remove the ability to get tokens.

As per the Champion Mastery Guide:

You can only earn Mastery 6 and 7 tokens in Summoner's Rift normal and ranked games.
