Should IP per win be based on total champions in game?

Years ago it took much less IP to get everything you needed due to the fact that there was simply less to acquire. Every time something is released it ups the cost of entry/advancement to a new or less experienced player. I've been playing since season 1 and I only just recently got every champ. I've only purchased champs with IP and spent hundreds on skins because I like them and to support Riot. I can barely imagine just how daunting this task looks to anyone that has started within the past couple of seasons.

My thoughts are that there should be a benchmark for just how many games it should take to purchase all champs with IP, and IP should be adjusted to that level based on an average game length with a 50% win rate. This way the cost of playing can be adjusted as new content is released as well as equal for new and veteran players alike.

I started playing preseason 3 and I got every champ a while ago only buying 4 with rp (when they were on sale) It just depends on how much you play.

lol if rito would let me id donated my IP i have nothing to use it on... i have all but one champ Kled and not really interested in picking him up... i have 20 full rune pages. and runes i dont even use... i only use IP for the mystery champ shard in hextech to use for essence or to use to upgrade my champs to lvl 6 or 7s
