Change or buff volibear (just a little)

I know this will probably get down voted to shit, but I gota say a few things about now that new has been out for a while. Ww does everything volibear can do but better. He runs much faster, further and with blood trials, his bite does roughly the same dmg more or less depending, but gives him plenty of sustain, allows him to stick to target and is on a much lower cooldown. His attack speed steroid is better imo. Is roar fears both monsters, champions and gives him resistances, while volis fears monsters and slows champs. Ww ult is by far better using as both engage, escape, hard cc and the range increases the faster he goes. Volis ult can be cc'd kited and easily avoid, not to mention late game his ult damage and impact is really unnoticeable. While voli can get tankier then ww, the amount of sustain he has makes him just if not harder to kill. Yes i know voli has his passive, but its a slow heal that can still be countered with all the damage in game as well with leathality being really strong being able to kill him before his passive can heal him is not hard, rather than ww instant healing life steal. Only thing voli has that is ww does not have is his flip and that alone isnt enough to separate himself living in ww shadow. Imo he needs a small scale rework with his thunder aspect of his lore being the main point. In his current kit, it is really underused and i would like to add it more to his kit without making him broken.

I would personally add little lightning flare to his roar stunning champs for 1 second and slowing them for the normal slow time it already has. That way voli and ww can have different competing roars with one not just stomping the other. Voli run speed is way too slow early on compared to ww who can go 0-100 at level 2 but buffing voli gotta go fast speed wouldnt be healthy. I would suggest adding a little bit of lighting under the terrain he q'd on, slowing champs that walk on it. I personally think his w needs a tad more attack speed early on to help with his clears now that raps and krugs are a lot harder for him to deal with. Either reversing the nerf on it a while back or just go in between. His ult I would argue is one of if not the most counter playable ults in the game, being able to cc, kite or dash/blink run from him and he cant do shit with it. Im not saying having counterplay to a ult is bad, but for voli his ult to me feels like a really good passive ability rather then an actual ult. He needs a ult where he calls down bolts of lighting and strikes fear in his foes.
