Ok this was my first time playing against Rumble.Ok so at lv 5 his q deals 300+ dmg?Like that ability is a low cooldown, aoe dmg, with high base stats and 110% ap scaling? And he has even more dmg with his bullshit passive. And you know all of his abilities have low cooldowns so u cant trade with him when he just used his q on minnions cuz he will just come back up in 5 seconds.Another thing. Why is his w shield so big?Let me do some simple math here: late game an avrage mage has about 600-700 ap.Let's take 650 ap.So his shield with his passive at 50% gives him a 330 + 488(from the ap ratio)=818 shield on a mage with lets say about a 3-4 second cooldwon. A final thing about him.He is kinda like Phanteon in lane.He is a rly good lane bully but the big problem is....that he is a mage => Good late game teamfight with his q and his r. To balance him out either just double his cooldown so you can trade with him in lane or revert all of his buffs.Oh yhea he got 6 buffs in a row: Scrap Shield Scrap Shield Bonus movement speed increased to 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% from 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30%. The Equalizer The Equalizer Cooldown reduced to 100 / 85 / 70 seconds from 110 / 100 / 90. V9.6 The Equalizer The Equalizer NEW EFFECT: Now triggers effects that are triggered by DoT AoE abilities. V8.12 Scrap Shield Scrap Shield Base shield strength increased to 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 / 220 from 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200. AP ratio increased to 50% AP from 40% AP. The Equalizer The Equalizer Base damage increased to 140 / 210 / 280 from 130 / 185 / 240. AP ratio increased to 35% AP from 30% AP. V8.7 Flamespitter Flamespitter Total base damage increased to 175 / 210 / 245 / 280 / 315 from 135 / 180 / 225 / 270 / 315. Damage to minions changed to 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80% from 75%.

As Rumble main(800k mp), I want to say "stfu", but you are right.

He has no bad matchups midlane(only ones where it's better to roam rather than farm kills), his kill potential is big af from lvl3, godlike roaming.

On the other hand, he can't sidelane ever, he is really snowball reliant, his lategame isn't as good as you make it, eventhough it sounds like it is, his best time to close games is around 20-25 mins, later he isn't that strong until you are fed.

I would revert R buffs, since it's the biggest source of snowballing in his kit.

(How do you lose vs Rumble as Cammile? And he built Ludens wtf)

He's a squishy melee with no mobility at all. Rumble is far from broken

Ok this was my first time playing against Rumble-

Stopped reading. You most likely lost because you have no clue on how his kit works & didn't thought of proper counters to him.

there is so many things you have wrong about rumble. one his main damage dealing ability has a 10 sec cd. it takes 3 seconds to deal the full damage to you. his shield is on for a second. if you are the potato trading into his shield that's your business.

His late game scaling isnt great. its ok. MR really screws him over as most rumbles run flat magic pen early and little ap.

lets put this into perspective. you have a massive window lv 1- 3 to bully him./ after that you have 7 seconds between his q cd to trade and fall back. the reason he has had minor buffs is because of the champs he has to face. think Juggernauts and tanks. if you are taking a squishy champ into him with no idea how to play. you will die unless hes a potato player but thats true for every champ.

I would be happy trading in all those buffs if they reverted his q cd back to 6 seconds at lv1
