Things that need a NERF

Why does GP need a buff?

Because he does low damage all times of the game and if you dont land a barrel your team loses because they have no tank?

I agree with pretty much ALL of this, but i'd also say and need nerfs too.

No love for Cait on the buff list? Considering she's arguably worse than Lucian early game, even though that was entire point of her kit?

yasuo is fine, yi needs buffs, vayne need nerfs (but it's more of the meta favoring her), rengar is fine, kat def needs a nerf, akali is fine , bork and ie are fine

jhin needs a small nerf imo, rabadon needs cost reduction, gp is fine, gnar needs a small buff, lucian needs a huge buff, varus needs a huge buff
