Taliyah Should Be Able To Use Passive In Combat

Right now, Taliyah is very balanced; in fact, too balanced. Her abilities weave into a kit that feels uninteresting; bland; just like Vel'Koz; and Riot expressed they didn't like that.

Now, what if Taliyah was able to use her "q" ability while riding a rock? Imagine how cool that'd be! People who main her would be able to be this unstoppable force, kiting everyone and looking like a badass! But right now, Taliyah feels like a niche pick of a control mage; her "q" is outshined by Viktor "e" , her "w" is a harder to use Vel'Koz "e", her "e" is a worse Viktor "w", and her ulti is a semi-global Anivia "w" that has a delay, meaning that its extraordinarily easy to mess up.

Please Riot, if Taliyah became a mobile poke-control mage, she would be viable to pick in her own way.

I am a mere newbie in League of Legends with only half-two thirds of a year's experience, so all criticism is accepted!

Good luck in the Rift! ^,^

Her kit screams jungler but how can she pull that off? (Passive makes quick roaming around the map, minefield set behind people for good ganks, has a knockback, such strong ganks, ultimate for near global ganks than can cut people off, moving between camps instead of sitting in lane would provide more unworked ground to use)

Watch, someone korean dude is going to make a tank Taliyah jungle build and make it work. She has CC on every ability in her kit. They did it with Ekko. Going tanky would mean you could run your ult through the middle of an enemy team, split them in half, and dive the backline, all without getting instagibbed, lay down a minefield behind them and boom. Not a bad engage.

Karthus jungle was once a thing, and it was even in the LCS. Keep an open mind.

I just don't get in her creation why Riot felt it necessary to add so many restrictions. Even without them, I don't think she'd be overpowered. "Let's make her ride a rock! Wait, no, let's just make it only near walls AND only out of combat."

"Let's let her throw rocks! ...wait, but only throw one when she's standing where she threw five last time!"

"Let's give her a rock trap! Lay it down, control enemy movement! ....wait, it only does damage if they dash or are pushed through it!"

"A GIANT FREAKIN WALL! Wait... it has to be a delay, and have a two minute cooldown. It's way more effective than a Fizz or Zed ult." The kit always feels like you're punishing yourself.
