The adjustment kleptomancy needs! (I think)
Kleptomancy is very strong on Ezreal and Sona. What do Sona and Ezreal both have in common? Spammable poke. So my idea is that you would add a longer cooldown to Kleptomancy but also increase the amount of gold it gives. These are the numbers I’m thinking,
Cooldown 3s to 15s Gold: 5 to 25 Item Chance: 50%
This would hurt Ezreal and Sona, who can easily and frequently proc it. It would also mean they gain less sustain from it. Yet it would also help those who cannot proc it often. Thoughts?
