Not to be a memer, but the game feels a lot better to play now that GC stepped down.

Like, I'm not getting instantly blown up and games are lasting a little longer. Obviously, there's still problems in the game that need to be resolved like Ignite doing a fuck ton of damage, Graves and Kindred are dominating the jungle and Jhin getting 600 MS every auto attack, but besides that, the game feels more enjoyable to play.

To be honest though, I'm hoping we get a new runes system in season 9. There should be one offensive tree, one defensive tree, and one utility tree with healing capabilities, just like the old mastery system offered. It was much more balanced and healthy, it also didn't force players to rely on them.
