What's the point of PBE
If riot's just gonna push out shit that overpowers one group of champions while making champions who rely on the opposite stat completely unplayable?

to get rid of bugs before it hits live so that it doesnt stack with the bugs that happen regardless once a patch goes live anyway. basically to lessen them.
thats the only point. if they REALLY wanted us to test the pre season for balance we would have gotten it a couple months before it went live rather than a couple weeks... this is how blizzard does things on there PTRs, i dont understand why riot doesnt do the same for big balance updates such as preseason at the very least.
