So yeah....he's still way stronger as an AP assassin, mostly because, ya know, his abilities scale off of AP xD. However, kudos to your friend for doing well as AD Ekko, I'm sure it was not too easy considering it's putting you at a considerable disadvantage to build him AD instead of AP.

Well it might actually be as good if not better. He has pretty good base damage and also has a ton of different ccs and gap closers. You can build AD on anything and have it do high damage but to do good it just has to do with their kit.

To be honest he was jungle the 4 games he played, and it went extremely well, he did damage even before his first damage item, his ultimate didnt heal him much and his abilities didnt deal much damage, but his W , his passive and his dash makes him a really good ad champ
