How exactly does a slight attack speed nerf on kog'maw balance him?
Where is the rageblade nerf? Where are the real fiora nerfs? WHERE IS GRAVES IN THE PATCH NOTES? WHERE IS ZED IN THE PATCH NOTES?
But more importantly, WHERE IS SOLO QUEUE?

It doesn't. The real Kog'maw changes happen next patch.
The point of kog is that he deals a lot of damage but needs a lot of protection. The nerf to his ms means he will have a harder time running away/kiting. The nerf to Sterak's also hurts kog since a lot of kogs were building that to get around the whole "glass cannon" niche.
His base attack speed got nerfed which nerfs every single item he buys that scales with his attack speed. That means guinsoo's, rageblade, boots, and even his passive bonus.
Kog is getting a small rework.
And the other 3 champs are in good spots and don't need any changes O_o
