3 items being negated by 3 items of slightly higher price.. That's just game play balance, not much wrong with that. You notice defensive items are still more gold efficient than offensive items right? Also if they build these items they sacrifice some damage too.
The overall regen off the keystone should be down a quite bit, since its easily abused by using on minions with crit. The change also prevent added damage that also applies life steal, such as draven Q, Vayne Q.
