Cleaver and Rageblade are everything you need from what your title says. However, we don't need more armor reduction because Tanks vs AD is already a shit matchup for tanks with items like Cleaver, Last Whisper, and anything % HP based (because the good armor items have HP attached)

HP + AD != Armor + Attack Speed

I'm not talking about another armor shredding item. That would be silly. We have plenty of those. If anything, we could use an attack speed stealing item what with Warden's Mail being removed from Omen. Something like-

Faebane + Grants attack speed, armor, 40 OnHit magic damage, and UNIQUE Passive Coldsteel: Your basic attacks steal 15% of the target's base attack speed for two seconds.

If anything, this would be a Bruiser item for dueling Marksmen. Not another Marksmen item.
