Riot, can one time, JUST ONE TIME, can you please keep your freaking champions to be consistent with what they should be? I'm sick of your fake cosmetics giving unfair advantages.

Warring Kingdoms J4 attack animation lands ~7 frames behind Fnatic J4. I can only assume Warring Kingdoms is either slowed down because of some stupid reason with your design team, or Fnatic J4 is sped up.
