So what happened to Jayce players?

I tried him out myself and found that I couldnt do a thing vs juggernauts in lane but just kited them in teamfights and won, but I rarely even see this guy anymore. Why is that?

Because he fulfills a role that is between both melee fighter and marksman ADC where there are substantially better picks for both in the new meta. He is very reliant on team comp now whereas Jax, Xin, Jinx, MF, Vayne, and Yasuo don't care as they roll away on the snowball train.

I feel like his q should apply 60% of on-hit effects because armor and sustain of many top laners just destroy his entire kit and he barely fits in any composition since the meta is snowbally af
