Why was Warwick nerfed on the Crystal Scar & Howling Abyss?

I can't tell if you're joking or just being stupid. This is what I'm saying, there are no jungle camps in those maps.

Where did I say there is a need for a jungler on the mentioned maps? Just because there is no jungle on the mentioned maps, doesn't mean I take smite and buy jungle items (which I can't anyway), but I play jungle characters in lanes on SR, TT and CS. Junglers can be played in lanes, Warwick included.

As for the nerf, it was a global nerf, which means he was affected him in all maps. When they nerf / buff champs, it's usually global.

1. I tested this out myself, he is in fact nerfed on the Crystal Scar and Howling Abyss.
2. Check this out. No mention of Warwick there.
