Sire Hippington1 votesnot a big fan of that built on shy, she needs to stick to targtes and don't have the imidate impact that most of the other's have, and also no cc resitance like olaf. And for all but blitz, i'm also not a talisman fan, it adds rather little ms ontop of the rest due to the ms softcap and those champs need some combat stats to do something after rushing into faces, else they die as fast as they run...

as for tali on blitz you can buy it no problem due to it being a support item and don't forget it gives extra speed around towers and gives armor as well. way better then ghostblade for some one half tanky
