Status update on Quinn & Valor?

It has been about a year since any changes or updates to her kit. I feel like she was forgotten after a few patches. I don't enjoy her current play style compared to old Quinn. I can't splitpush or be an assassin like I used to when they promised to keep or improve those aspects with the update. She is watered down with only 2 combat spells and is still clunky and buggy to play. Her current ult is "After a short channel gain massive movement speed while out of combat"... I don't think that fulfills her fantasy.

I think the community deserves an update on Riot's plans for Quinn & Valor. Do you guys plan to revert, keep, mix or move foward?
