Fixing Quinn and Valor on PBE
I main and love Quinn with 400+ games and have some major adjustments to her PBE update. The main Ideas I am wanting to push are restoring her dominate laning and Assassin playstyle. P/Harrier: Quinn marks Champions and Jungle Monsters as Vulnerable for 2.5~ seconds when damaged by her abilities. When Quinn basic attacks a Vulnerable target, Valor attacks dealing extra Attack Damage based on the target's missing health.
Notes: No more random marking. Makes Quinn the assassin we like and if Aerial Assault and Vault are going to mark, why not Skystrike? Animation only marks, Valor swoops and attacks when consumed.
Q/Aerial Assault: Valor flies in a line, stopping at the first enemy hit dealing physical damage based on the distance traveled to all nearby enemies.
*Notes: No Cast-Time. Plays in well with the kiting theme of Quinn and hitting max range Q's after Vaulting will have some pay off. *
W/Heightened Senses: Passive- Attacking a Vulnerable target increases Movement Speed for 3~ seconds stacking up to 3 times. Active- Valor continuously reveals the surrounding area around Quinn for 2~ seconds.
Notes: No Attack Speed buff. Hitting multiple opponents with Aerial Assault and Skystrike will help towards gaining 3 stacks. Active gives Quinn extended vision and "follows" her for the duration. Use while in Tag Team to chase or escape surrounding enemies.
E/Vault: Quinn dashes to an enemy, dealing physical damage. Upon reaching the target, Quinn leaps off, displacing and slowing the target until landing.
Notes: Increased cast range. The farther you are the closer you land to the target. If close to the target you land farther away(out of attack ranged at closest/kissing). Patch to make easier to go over walls removed(is really annoying).
Ult/Tag Team: Quinn calls down Valor to assist her. After a 1.5~ second channel, they unite,instantly gaining a Movement Speed bonus and the ability to cast Skystrike. Taking damage reduces the Movement Speed bonus by 80%~. Immobilizing spells(except slows) end Tag Team. 50/35/20~ Cooldown. Skystrike: Quinn and Valor deal physical damage to nearby enemies as Valor returns to the skies. 100%~ bonus damage to minions.
Notes: Allows Quinn to use ult aggressively and for escapes as taking damage does not cancel. Gives Quinn Waveclear late game. Taking any damage while channeling puts Tag Team on a 3~ second Cooldown. Once in Tag Team it can only be canceled by Spells that prevent movement, casting Skystrike, basic attacking or using an offensive ability.
