Aatrox is a beast with 45% cdr and Stormraiders. He can be played more like a caster now.

I'm not against it, with the recent loss of AS, coupled with the decreased CDs, that could be the direction Riot's taking him.

It's because it's inefficient. I know people are still testing him out and experimenting with new builds and what not but it seriously seems that people have forgotten the fact that's it's Aatrox and they're building literal garbage on him. His 'spells' are not spammable and do not combo well with each other but people want to try him out as a caster? Not to mention they have long base cooldowns as well, which means dumping a significant amount of gold on CDR which doesn't scale with Aatrox as well as AD, AS, Health, Resists, etc.
