Was watching the LCS game between APEX nd CLG.. full tank fizz soloing adcs and blowing everyone's flash.. Full tanky built but still doing that much damage.. shouldn't it be high risk high reward?

Lmao, yes this, Riot doesn't understand assassins should not be able to build full tank... PERIOD. It doesn't make a shred of sense. All it does is ensures more traditional carries have a bad time, because low and behold they still get assassinated while being completely unable to fight back
