how do bond of stone and steraks guage work?(also athenes)
i'm curious. for bond of stone, do you get damage reduction all the time, or only when near an ally? and for steraks, does it give you ad based off of your base ad, or does it give you some base ad? and for athenes, does increased heal/shield power affect the heal for athenes?
