There is a reason for that. It was hideously broken and got removed. There is a reason champions with high DPS don't also have highly supportive utility.

And then, range, dps, burst and utility nerfs. She does pay quite the price nowadays. More than an ADC could pay I think.

Hell no. High-damage squishies having a heal is game breaking, hence the Kayle nerfs. She doesn't do good damage anymore unless she gets horribly fed.
