Can we exchange places of Ghost Poro or Zombie Ward with Approach Velocity?

Imo both assassins and supports will benefit from this change and it makes sense thematically. Why would someone who needs wards want to spec into a tree for assassins? And why would somebody who needs target access spec into a support tree? I know these are generalizations but I think there is great amount of champions that will benefit from this change, especially assassins who need a lot more preparation to get to their target in team fights.
