Riot: You really need to group players with similar ping
If one or more of you Team has a Ping over 150 you might as well have a afker on your team.
Allowing people to play on Servers outside of their region means they are ruining games.

how though, I play on 200ms and likely average a higher ranking than you on my main. soon to be my smurf too.
That makes no sense. I play on NA servers just fine up to 150 ping, currently 96.
Riot has stated before there is no realsitic way for test players ping before the match
