Now that Boots of Swiftness have been nerfed and boot enchants have been removed, you can literally have Boots of Swiftness---the fastest boots possible--- and be out ran by any champion with basic boots, even if you have rylia's; even more so with all the mobile Champs coming out. Sure you can get other boots, but than you won't catch anyone.

Sure you can build mobility items, but you either sacrifice damage, or sacrifice health.

Even with ghost, it takes so long to catch the enemy laner. Not that ghost is any issue, but even 15 or 10 MS on Mord, an immobile melee champ, would be wonderful.

Morde is not only the ONE champion without any form of CC or Gap Closer, but he also has the lowest base movement speed in the entire game.

Exactly. Even champion that share the 325 movespeed, they have some sort of range, dash, or mobility, which Mord has none of. Mordekiaser isn't bad, I just feel that it is unfair that I can have the fastest boots in the game and be out ran by someone with basic boots. LIKE, what's the point of the boots than if I'm still outran?

The point is that Rylai's is built literally every game on the fucker.

That's the same thing as an Juggernaut building a FM. The problem is that he is by far the most immobile champion in the entire game.

He has to, given how immobile he is. Even with Rylias, it's tough. That's why I use the ghost summoner spell.

He also has to be that immobile, given that he has a 10 second slow just waiting to happen.

Disagree, he does fine with his movespeed.

He needs other things far more than a movespeed buff

I also never use ghost on him, flash is far better
