can you give him a VU to make him more attractive? his kit is amazing as is, his appearance is why I believe he sees low playrates.

A new passive is all he really needs as far as gameplay is concerned.

Either way, I think it could be saved for a VGU. A lot of champions need updates to their visuals way before Skarner, both in terms of model and spell effects. Skarner is downright gorgeous compared to a lot of older champions like Nunu and Pantheon and Xin Zhao, even Irelia.
