How do I make sure everyone in every one of my games is perma-muted?

In the past year this community has gotten enormously more toxic, to the point that it's just become unbearable. It would be nice to play, but almost everyone is just absolutely awful. Everyone just spams "gg" (about things that aren't even games), "mlg" and "lol" -- hardly anyone seems to be able to speak english anymore, with 90% of their vocabulary just being those three terms/words, in an attempt to create some sort of pseudo-language.

Muting shouldn't stop text (because that makes no sense whatsoever), but since it does -- is there any easy way to make sure I go into every game with all nine people muted? Or at least set it up so a single key will mute everyone?
