I need someone to explain to me how it's fair that, at level 3, this guy is so tanky that autos do less than 10 damage to him and he can take 8 turret shots in a row and still have almost full hp???

you can take 2 shots and then parry the third with your w. or parry the second and get 30% reduced damage to the third. the first shot doesnt deal that much damage.
youll not be at full health though. not nearly.
maybe the guy was running resolve/inspiration with celestial body. that would give him 930 hp at lvl 1 with a doran shield. but cant think of anything else. it would also make his lvl 3 not very threatening since he deals 10% reduced damage to champions with that.

redniwediS1 votesAt level 3? Did he build full armor, use his W that he leveled twice, and take that inspiration rune that gives the free 100 health? Even if he did 8 turret shots is a lot, and that sort of setup definitely wouldn't make him take 10 damage from auto attacks from even the champion with the worst AD in the game.
