Important Teemo QoL update

Two things that would help Teemo's global taunt:

1. Make it so when people step on his shrooms, they hear Teemo's laughter loop until the end of the poison duration

2. Make it so if Teemo has GA and it is popped, while he's reviving you hear Teemo laugh (this would actually be cool for a lot of other champions too o.o)
