Does Lissandra need buffs?

I think she's pretty good, she does a fair amount of damage for having a permaslow, stun, and AoE snare. None of her abilities are difficult to hit either so she isn't unreliable. I think giving her too much damage would make her pick-or-ban since she is pretty good for CC and difficult to lane against with her poke and safety.

huh? this is all the exact opposite of the truth. lissandra is a somewhat low range mage....which seems uncommon among mages these days...but one thing she NEVER should have issues with is mana. her q isnt huge range but its not terrible either...its longer range than her w of course. Also, because of her e, her low range doesnt really make her vulnerable to ganks like it would other low range champs. Her ap ratios are actually quite good. and the main reason to use lissandra is really for her ult which is one of those teamfight winning sort of ults. She also is just about the strongest duelist in the game (if she has her ult).

She should get a mild rework making her more of an ap bruiser top laner IMO. Early season 5 she was good in that role.

I think she needs some buffs being a low range mage is kind of hard and she doesn't get that good of damage until mid game

I really hope you're talking about MID lane Liss. If it's about top lane, she needs all these risks.
